RYMAR RAIN WET SHEEN is an oil modified water base urethane that cleans up easily with soap and water. It is a one, two or three coat system, depending on desired sheen and color intensity, that will last up to five years or longer. With our cutting-edge technology, you get deep, rich, lasting protection from sun, water, dirt and abrasion.

NANO PARTICLE TECHNOLOGY We continue the revolution in exterior wood coatings from Rymar with cutting-edge Nano Particle technology; an ultra-fine particle developed by scientists from around the world. The particles are so fine that approximately 3000 will fit on the cross section of a hair. This super tight, layered shield gives unsurpassed protection against abrasion, UV light and moisture, which was not obtainable to this degree prior to Nano Particle technology. We have also incorporated anti-microbial nano particles to help prevent mold and mildew growth on the coating surface. Colors will also remain more vibrant, longer than ever before.

SUNSEAL SUNSCREEN Once again we have incorporated Nanofine technology into our already advanced UV inhibitors creating what we believe to be the best possible protection against damaging UV light. Our super tight Nanofine Oxide shield virtually eliminates any UV light penetration through reflection and retraction.

CHEW STOP is a natural pepper additive, that may help discourage animals from chewing on wood. Helps discourage bothersome bees, bugs, spiders and birds which might otherwise cause damage to your wood.

NATURAL OILS are blended into a proprietary urethane oil formula for hardness, durability, and flexibility, giving your project unparallelled protection.

PTFE is used to both repel water and help protect against weather erosion.

WATER AND DIRT REPELLENT Other so called water repellent wood coatings can't match the water beading qualities of our coating. With our proprietary Hydrosil additive you get unparalleled protection against both moisture and dirt, while allowing the wood to breathe. In order to help stabilize wood, you must keep out moisture. Along with the oils and PTFE you get superior protection which allows for easy cleaning of dirt buildup on wood.

DIRECTIONS
Wood should be clean and dry. Unseasoned wood should be allowed to dry to a moisture content of 12% to 15%. It is recommended that Rymar Rinseable Soap be used to clean wood before sealing. Washing with Rymar Rinseable Soap will help remove mill glaze for better adhesion. If using bleach on weathered logs, do not allow bleach to remain on the wood longer than five minutes. DO NOT USE METAL PAILS OR HARD WATER. Ask your dealer about preparing surfaces for coatings: they may be able to advise you otherwise depending on your situation. ALL CRACKS MUST BE CAULKED AND LOG ENDS SUFFICIENTLY SEALED TO HELP PREVENT MOISTURE WICKING IN AND DAMAGING THE COATING. If there is more than one batch number, be sure to mix the batches together for color uniformity. Apply coating with a high quality nylon brush or by spraying and then back brushing. Brush with even strokes in one direction always going to a natural break such as a door, window or corner. If coating does not come out even on the first coat it is due to variations in penetration caused by vertical and horizontal wood grain. The second and third coats will even this out giving you a semi-gloss to gloss finish. THREE COATS ARE NEEDED FOR BEST RESULTS. If a deeper color is desired additional coats may be applied. Dry time between coats is approximately one half hour, reapplication may be done anytime after coating is dry. This product must be stirred, not shaken. CLEAR COATING DOES NOT PREVENT GRAYING AS WELL AS A PIGMENTED COATING.

NOTE! Do a test: Try a brushout on your project to ensure the color and product is what you want before doing your entire project.
